Circle of Care

So this is something I made back at the OCD-I during an expressive therapy group. We were asked to draw out circles of people we care about, in the shape of an atom, that could involve friends, family, partners, what we love, what we dislike, the OCD, pets - it was very open ended and we were allowed to use crafts to add to the piece.

I was feeling rebellious about paper that day, so I did mine like this, using pipe cleaners and washi tape and other little things. ^^

It's intricate and complicated but I used the different colored pipe cleaners to partially identify what was was.
The purple ribbon is representative of my Mom. The blue is myself. There's a little black ribbon and that's the OCD. The rainbow washi tape is my soul 'cause I'm so awesome. The green feather is also part of me and reflective of my creativity and things I like. The pink polka dots are for Bayya. The silver washi tape is for friends in real life and on DA and from the program. And the black and white polka dots are people farther out like acquaintances.

And my favorite, the white ribbon:
1. The think one I think was to be the potential inside of me
2. The smaller and thinner one is for all the people I have yet to meet! =]

Like I said, complicated XD
