I'm on an uploading spree... can't say you mind it! They don't even happen all that often anymore XD
Anywho, these are the two new bracelets I spoke about in my journal the other night!!
The top one says "I
Believe" which is incredibly inspired by the beautiful song, It's Going to Be All Right by Sara Groves (I highly recommend it if you're looking for a hopeful song and something relaxing) with some of the new letter beads I got a while ago at Michael's and the pattern involves all vanilla beads behind the text, then a pink gem flower round bead on the right and a blue flower gem bead ...hexagon? Is that the six sided one? On the left. Then it's purple beads and a purple butterfly on the right and a yellow star shape on the left.
The message is straight from the song, really. This song has been a powerful song that I listen to often and has helped me tremendously in coping through my experience. I found it when looking up hopeful songs via Google. Having listened to it so much is a large helping in how I can tell others that I believe in their journeys of recovery, just as I can believe in mine. If you need a reminding, this song could be helpful for you as well!
My favorite part is towards the end where it goes "I believe that you're going to be all right. I believe that I'm going to be all right. I believe that we're going to be all right, I believe." It's wonderful.

The bottom bracelet uses my mantra essentially now, "Stay Safe" with a little red butterfly bead in between (a small shout-out reference to the Butterfly Project) and the ongoing pattern throughout the bracelet of 4 gold, 3 pink, 1 brown, 3 pink, 1 brown, 3 pink, 4 gold again.
If you guys have ideas for color combinations or positive sayings, please feel free to mention them! I'd love to get more of my creative juices flowing.
It was also nice to make these bracelets since I had been wanting to do bracelet making again and doing them meant I achieved something else that day! =]
And yes, these positives messages will be a short series.
